My Picture Teddy Bear was founded by Angelina Moscato and Priscilla Marotta who were inspired by a mutual love for cute teddy bears and the desire to start a business to celebrate 30 years of friendship. Disappointed with how many ugly teddy bears they saw, they decided to produce a soft, huggable and cute bear that would bring a smile to anyone’s face. Annie has worked for over ten years coordinating an after school enrichment program in the Massachusetts public school system. Priscilla is a clinical psychologist with an ongoing group practice in South Florida.

MyPictureTeddyBear.com is the newest and best retailer of affordable, collectible, high quality, collectible teddy bears. Customers can create, preview, and order their teddy bears, personalized with their own pictures, other images or text. You can use traditional or digital pictures for your teddy bear order.
Do you have a Catalog?
We do not have a physical catalog, all teddy bear products can be seen on our website.
Is there a setup-fee?
No setup-fee is required to order from MyPictureTeddyBear.com. All you need to do is create an account. (There are no hidden fees.) Once this is done, you are ready to order!

What are the supported file types?
There are five file types you can use for your uploaded photos: .jpg, .png, and .gif.
What does "dpi mean'?
When a computer displays a digital image, what it does is take the data in the file and display thousands of tiny dots. The more dots an image has the better the image quality. DPI means dots per inch.
How long does it take to upload a picture and create the My Picture Teddy Bear t-shirt?
You can create a My Picture Teddy Bear complete order in less than five (5) minutes. Of course, you may take longer deciding which deluxe upgrades to add!
How do you recommend to scan a 4 x 6 regular photograph?
Please set scanner resolution to 200 dpi (dots per inch) or higher. If your scanner does not have a dpi setting, use the highest available setting.
What creates the best picture quality?
The more pixels (dpi-dots per inch) that your picture has, the higher the quality of the print.
How do I place an order?
Click on Buy a Bear and follow the simple step by step instructions. The purchasing process allows you to connect directly to your Browser and select a photograph from your files. You also have an opportunity to review your order.

Can I use Black and White images?
Yes, black and white images are fine. They are ideal for giving your teddy bear a little extra added personality or to reflect an image from many years ago.
How do I change or cancel an order once it is placed?
Once an order has been placed, the personalization prevents full cancellation. However, orders can be cancelled minus a fifteen dollar ( $15.00) personalization fee within 48 hours of placing your order. Please e-mail orders@mypictureteddybear.com and include your order number. You will receive a confirmation e-mail.
How do I change my e-mail/password?
Please access your account using your existing e-mail address and select Account Information and change your information.
How do I add items to an order?
You can return to the shopping cart page and click on keep shopping. If check-out is completed, please select the items, do a new order and in the comments section state your prior order number. We will upgrade your prior order and combine the orders. If your order is under $75.00, only one shipping fee is charged.
How secure is your on-line ordering?
At My Picture Teddy Bear we take the security of your personal information very seriously. We use above industry standard encryption technology and digital certificates to protect your information from unauthorized use. How big of an image can I upload?
MyPictureTeddyBear.com accepts all sizes of pictures. Please note however that the largest image that will fit on your teddy bears t-shirt would be 150-200 dpi 3" X 4".
How long can my T-shirt message be?
Be creative. We recommend 26 letters per line including spaces. Please submit what you want and check the preview. We will contact you personally, if the text is a problem.
How much are shipping costs?
FLAT RATE shipping on all orders in the continental United States for $3.99.
International Shipping can be arranged with shipping paid by the customer if the purchaser is in the United States and has a continental United States address.
Can I get a greeting card sent with my purchase?
Yes, a FREE personalized greeting card can be created and sent with your order. There is a personalized greeting card box on your checkout form where you can type in the comments you wish to send. If you are sending to more than one person, we recommend that you begin each personalized greeting card with the person’s name.
Can I have different bears sent to different addresses?
We have an integrated system with UPS to better meet your needs. If you need to order more than one bear to different locations, then please create a different order for each “ship to” address. This allows for faster and smoother delivery.
What steps need to be taken in order to mail-in a photo or image?

Be sure to protect the photo in whatever envelope you use. To provide the best quality image, it is recommended that the mail-in photo image be no less than 3.5" x 5" in size.

Why do I have to log in and create an account to order?
We want to provide you the best customer service. We also want to welcome you to our Star collectible Bear family. We need to have basic contact information to process your order.
How do I remove an item from my cart?
To remove an item from your cart click on your cart and click on remove next to the item you no longer wish to purchase.
What is the difference between standard and expedited shipping?
Standard shipping arrives five to seven business days from the time the orders are shipped. Expedited shipping arrives within four days. FREE SHIPPING is Standard shipping.
What if I forget my password?
On the Login page, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link. Enter the email address you use to log in. Your password will be sent to your email address.
Can you ship in the United Kingdom or other foreign countries?
No, we only ship in the United States.
Is it safe to use my credit card for purchases?
